Times and Class numbers
Class will start at the advertised time. In consideration for your yoga class participants, please arrive at least 10 - 15 minutes PRIOR to class commencing, especially those yoga students who require assistance transferring to the floor. Class numbers are small to keep everyone in our little yoga community safe. 'AGNI' Dynamic class – max of 8 people 'LOTUS" Floor class – max of 6 people It is particularly important for those yoga students in the LOTUS class to book early if they need an assistant in class. This may gives us sufficient time to locate appropriate helpers who are able to volunteer their time to support you. Whilst we try our best, we can't guarantee you will have a 1:1 assistant. Unfortunately, classes may not be offered without a minimum of 4 participants. Bookings are ESSENTIAL. To avoid disappointment - your registration and payment are required before the first class of term. We can no longer "hold" mats for those intending to practice. |
